You've sent us email. You've waited for a reply. It's been over two days and no one responded. You send another email. Still no reply. What should you do? Send another email? Get mad and send another email?
Odds are we've already tried to respond but are being blocked by your email provider. This is true for those who use: yahoo.com, hotmail.com, gmail.com and especially true if you use earthlink.com, aol.com or netscape.com.
If you use any kind of email provider which intercepts email and asks for the sender to enter in their first and last name along with the subject of the message, you will never get our reply. We, like many other online businesses, simply don't have time to fill out all the forms necessary to get mail to all the clients asking for help.
Here is how you can insure we get thru your email filters in order to answer your questions.
YAHOO:
To ensure your e-mail answers are delivered to your Yahoo inbox (not the Bulk Mail or Junk Mail folder), you can instruct Yahoo to filter it to your Inbox. Here's how:
1.) Open your Yahoo mailbox

AMERICA ONLINE (AOL):

2.) In AOL Mail Controls, Click the radio button for "Customize Mail Controls for this Screen"
3.) Click Next
4.) In the next screen, click the radio button in the middle, "Allow e-mail from all AOL members, and from the listed domains and e-mail addresses. Block e-mail from all others."
5.) In the open field next to the button labeled, "Add", enter the domain opd247.com and then click the Add button.
6.) If there are any other email domains you want to add, follow the same steps by entering in the domain and clicking Add for each one.
7.) When you finish adding the domains, click the "Next" arrow button.
8.) You will see a list of the domains you added to your Mail Controls. If you are done, click the Save button.
9.) Your mail settings are now saved.
Note for aol users aol.com believes it knows best what you should and shouldn't see. Sometimes, even when adding us to your list of approved senders is not enough. We have had a significant number of long time clients find out after the fact that aol.com decided for them to lodge spam complaints on their behalf against us, without ever letting them know. If you've followed all the steps to add us to your accepted senders list and still don't hear from us, please go to a free email service like hotmail and set up a new account. You may be amazed to see how much email you're missing!
EARTHLINK:
1.) Head to webmail.earthlink.net and login.
2.) Select the "Address Book" link from the list of links on the left.
3.) Next to the Add button, select "Contact" from the dropdown and then click Add.
4.) For First Name, enter opd or greg.
