Review: Orders placed by 2:00PM Eastern time Monday - Friday are shipped for next morning delivery excluding weekends, unless you choose Saturday delivery. Otherwise, orders placed Friday through Sunday will process on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
If you placing your first order, you will need to verify with customer service that it is a valid order. Make sure you have included an email address that is accurate and written correctly and that you have entered your correct phone number.
You would be shocked if you knew how often people leave off the last digit of their phone number and don't realize it.
After you verify your order the first time, you will be able to reorder without any delay. You'll be sent follow up emails to let you know when you can refill your prescription, with a link to a page with much of your information already included.
Currently, Myfamilyrx.com is not accepting Mastercard from new clients due to a campaign by M/C which involves greater screening and fraud checks.
