The fulfillment company for RxBest has been slow to ship lately. The primary supplier for them has been closed for some time and they have had to recruit new sources, which they now have.

As of today, 11/12/08, they processed and shipped a bulk quantity of orders so things are beginning to move again. They expect to be caught up with the backlogs in a few days.

Rxbest is one of the best websites we've ever used. Rxbest is not the pharmacy though nor is it a fulfillment center. But they offer you customer support by email so that if you have a problem with the pharmacy, you do not have to deal with it. Just let RxBest know and they will handle it for you.

Save yourself time and frustration if you do have a problem and send them an email with your order number. They know who to talk to and how to resolve it much faster than if you try to call the pharmacy direct.

Rxbest will send you an email when your order has shipped. They will include the tracking number for your convenience and will send you an email when you become eligible for your refill. Rxbest does not call anyone. Remember that if you get a call and they say they're with RxBest.

There are a number of other websites who use the same fulfillment company. The fulfillment company is www.uniquemedscare.com. If you order from any other website using this fulfillment company, you cannot buy again from Rxbest until you become eligible for refill. I do not believe you will find better pricing elsewhere, so stay with Rxbest if you come across that same order form at any other website.

The fulfillment center will process your order in typically 24 hours followed by UPS 2 day shipping. Depending on order volume, delivery should be within 4 days after you submit the order.

Rxbest ships to all states except HI, KY, LA, MO, NH, NV or TN. Shipping is Free and they use UPS 2-Day. The Phentermine 37.5 is usually the 504 imprint or MP 273 and sometimes K25. 30mg Blue/white is by Lannett and it worked just fine for me. Even though it's not the beads you may be use to, Lannett is one of the oldest makers out there.

Important Info:   There are some things you need to know about the fulfillment company RxBest uses. If you understand these things, your experience will be much more satisfying, so keep reading. The links to Rxbest are near the bottom of the page.

1)   Most of the time when you order here, the fulfillment center will call you to confirm your order. The problem in the past has been that they try to convince you to buy something else or change your order from Visa to COD or from COD to Visa. If you do make changes on the phone, it will only delay and sometimes prevent your order from shipping.

2)   If you have placed an order here, the day you are eligible for refill they have in the past, started calling you to order on the phone. They are not suppose to and they say that the practice has stopped. If you do get calls from them, please let us know.

3)   RxBest are not the ones calling. RxBest DOES send out email to tell you when your order shipped and another email when you are eligible for a refill, but they don't call. RxBest is just a marketing company. They are not a pharmacy and they are not the fulfillment center.
