HOW TO ORDER
Ordering is super easy. Just follow the steps below. Most of the form is very easy to understand and takes just a few moments to complete. But if you have a question, each page of the order form is explained in detail below.
- On the order link HERE or on the one provided below, you will be taken to a page that shows you two lists of medications. One is for Generics and the other is for Brands.
- Put your mouse curser on the drug you want to buy, either the generic or the brand and click your mouse to highlight that line. Then move your mouse down to click the "Order Now!" button below and in the center of the two columns.
- Fill out the personal information on the next page and click "Continue Order".
- Fill out the "Purpose for this order" information. For your convenience, a list of possible answers are provided in the drop-down above the form. List any symptoms you have in the next box. Look through and check (by clicking your mouse in the small boxes), any conditions that you have been diagnosed with. Check any medications you may be taking in the next list and finally check any of the last six boxes that apply to you. Then click the "Continue Order" button at the bottom of the page.
- Fill out the general questions in the boxes provided. You can list all the meds you may be taking in the first box, any allergies in the next, any surgeries in the next box and so on. If the answer is none, then just say none. Make sure to enter your height and weight near the bottom.
- After your height and weight, it asks if you would like a physical exam scheduled. You DO NOT need to check the box! Only if you want an exam! If you have a primary care physican OR if some form of healthcare that is available to you, like a walk-in clinic, check the 3rd box only. Be sure to enter your blood pressure and any other info if relevant and then click "Continue Order".
- Almost finished. Just fill out whether you wish to pay with CC or COD and choose if you want 3 Day Express Saver, 2 Day Shipping, Standard Overnight shipping or Priority Overnight shipping. Then click "Continue Order".
- On the final screen you can check over all your information. If all is correct, then click the Continue Order button. It will then process payment or submit the order if COD.
- Final Step You must call the toll free number 1-800-304-1538, at the end of the order process to confirm. They need to have your voice saying yes, that is what I want to order. Why? Too many people will place an order, put down an invalid phone number, get the order delivered and then tell their CC company they never ordered anything. This does not work but does cost extra time and effort, so no order is released without a phone conversation verifying you placed the order. It only takes 2 minutes at most.
- If you do not call, they will attempt to call you but it will take about 2 days before their first attempt. They are waiting for you to call first. If you want to wait for them to call you, they will eventually so be sure your phone number is right. If you call them when you're done with the order, they will process it immediately. If you do not call, the order will sit for a few days until they can get to you.
HOW SOON CAN I REFILL AN ORDER?
As you will see from the table below, you can refill your order faster here than anywhere else on the 'net. The times to refill are based on the delivery day, not your order day. But as soon as the time elapses, you can reorder. Watch your inbox for reminders from RxList. But remember the name, there are a lot of spammers out there!
