Remember, to complete the order, you need to call the toll free number at the end of the order process to confirm. If you want to wait, they will eventually call you but if you call them, they will process immediately. If you do not call, the order will sit for a few days until they can get to you.

You will see the sentence, "A pre-authorization form must be completed and approved for any order to be fulfilled" on the home page. That just means the medical history form. Here is how it works:
Fill out the order form like normal. On the first order check out page, you will highlight again the medication you want and click Submit.
On the next page, you will fill out your name and address, just basic info.
You will see two pages for medical history. Don't let that bother you. The first page is simply two questions you answer followed by a check list of conditions. You check any that apply and click continue order.
The second page of the medical history is about a dozen questions that you've answered at all the other online sites. Once you finish those, it's one more page to put your payment and ship to info in and then the last page is the confirmation.
Important: Before your order can be completed, you must call 1-800-304-1538 to confirm the order. When you call, just give the order number and your name and they will ask you for the following information:
Your Order Number
Your First and Last Name
Your Billing Address
Your Shipping Address (if different)
The Medication Type & Quantity
The Total Charge for the Order
Once you've called to confirm your order, it will be processed and shipped via the method of your choice. You cannot order by phone but you must call to complete the order. You can only order via the website.
RX List provides customers with a wide array of FedEx shipping options from ground to overnight (prices varying accordingly) and orders are shipping promptly to all 50 United States.
Orders are typically processed within 2 days of receipt and shipped promptly thereafter. All products shown on the site are available for shipping, meaning they are in stock and can provide them to you immediately. Tracking will be emailed to you.
